Chris Heuer, who is the Specialist Leader for Social Media at Deloitte Consulting, sat down with me at the 2011 Social Media Masters New York, to discuss his session. And kudos to him for tackling my rather pointed questions head on.
Anyone who reads my blog knows that I don't take statements related to the death of advertising lightly. So when Chris seemed to bring up the issue in his presentation, I had to get some clarification. The result were these brilliantly illuminating answers. I still don't 100% agree with everything he says in the video, but I do understand his points better and must admit, he defused me quite well. Chris is a very smart guy and someone you should definitely know. Have a listen.
