Not too much for me to say about the show this week. I've got to say, why do brands get involved with Social? For me, it's only the weaker ones with anything to gain. The strong/big brands really shouldn't get involved, I think straightaway, that they are just jumping on with everyone else and have zero idea what they are trying to do. I do think that's it's useful for them to listen to what is being said about them, but actually interacting and providing Content is a step too far and is viewed with suspicion anyway.
