Boo!

You would think I would have heard enough of my own voice by now. And certainly if you listen to The BeanCast Marketing Podcast and download Fast Takes every week, you're probably getting tired of my voice as well. But that aside, I've found a new way to inflict my vocal cords upon you.

I've been toying with the idea of using AudioBoo for a while now. The service is relatively new, allowing you to quickly post short sound clips and attach images to it. The site will then handle posting about your new "boos" to your social networks, and even provides iTunes and RSS subscription handling.

So finally, through the prodding of @freemandaddy5 on Twitter, I've given it a try. And let me just say, I'm hooked.

In the blink of an eye I not only recorded my thoughts and posted them all using the official AudioBoo iPhone app, but I even stumbled upon a theme and tone for clips. Because while my shows afford me few opportunities to rant, this is an open opportunity for me to couch all the snarky comments I usually hold back.
